 Appointment Cancellation Policy

Our Salon & Spa cancellation policy is as follows:  Any scheduled appointment for services that is NOT cancelled with an advance notice (direct phone notification needed) to the front desk staff of at least 24-hours 'prior to' the appointment time....... will be flagged as a "NO-Show" appointment.  This "No-Show" designation on an appointment may result in the loss of any discounts, deposits paid, and/or any coupon redemptions for services.  Please be courteous in giving us as much advance notice as possible so that we might allow someone else on our appointment waiting list the opportunity to upgrade into a viable appointment time.  Thank You.
